Sweet Home Farmers Market: At 17:23 into the show was a Mike Mason Commercial for the Sweet Home Farmers Market. Joining us Jan Neilson the "farmer" with a broken foot, owner of 60 goats and Fragga Farms which sells Fragga Farm Goat Cheese. Talk about a lot of cheese, over 13,000 pounds a year!. She discuses her business and the upcoming market opening and associated events including a composting workshop. Market opens: Saturday, May 6 at 10:00am, Sweet Home Thriftway.
35:16 into the show John also started our periodic reading of from "Mimosa O’clock". The life of one Mimosa Mama, a/k/a Rebecca Grizzle in small town USA. Jim also provides a totally chosen at random reading and associated political comment on said "Mimosa" statement about her brothers.
