Official Civil War Madness™ Contest Rules
1. Limits
1.1. Entry Period: Entries for KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest will be accepted from Monday Oct. 3rd 2011 through Thursday Nov. 17th 2011 by 5pm.
1.1.1. One Entry per household per Day Per Sponsor Location
1.1.1.1. In the event contestant(s) of KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest break limit of One Entry per household per day per location rule, KGAL reserves the right to bar contest entry for this entire contest at all contest entry locations.
1.1.2. No Purchase Necessary.
1.1.3. Must be 18 years of age or greater.
1.1.4. Employees and immediate family of sponsors are not eligible to enter for KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest
1.2. Entry must be complete, legible.
1.2.1. for KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest entry must be on Official KGAL/KGAL Entry Form
1.2.2. Be sure to fill out the entire entry form. We just need your name, address, phone number and email address (if available).
1.2.3. KGAL / KSHO Radio & Affiliates reserve the right to eliminate an entry if not legible, complete or does not comply with contest rules.
2. Grand Prize for KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest
2.1. One Pair of Tickets (2 tickets) to the Nov. 26th Civil War Game between Oregon State and U of O.
3. KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest Winner will be selected via random blind drawing from the accumulation of all the qualified entries.
3.1. KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest Drawing will take place during Morning Update on Monday, November 21, 2011.
3.2. KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest winner will be contacted by phone or voice mail.
4. Taxes: Winners of for KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest package are personally responsible for any taxes that may apply to said winnings.
5. Limits of Liability
5.1. KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest winners and participants, by entering this contest, hereby agree to rules and regulations set forth in this contest and hereby holds KGAL / KSHO Radio harmless of any liability resulting from participating in said contest.
5.2. KGAL / KSHO Radio Civil War Madness™ Contest winners hereby hold Eads Broadcasting Company, d/b/a KGAL and KSHO harmless of any liability resulting while winner is utilizing said grand prize. This includes, but is not limited to liability from actions that take place while traveling to or from said football game and during said football game.
