Official KGAL/KSHO Oregon Jamboree Weekend™ Contest Rules and Limitations
1. Entries will be accepted from July 5th, 2010 through the day the entry box will be picked up, sometime during sponsor(s) business hours on Monday July 26th 2010
2. Limits:
2.1. One Entry per household per day per sponsor location.
2.2. No Purchase Necessary.
2.3. Must be 18 years of age or greater.
2.4. Employees and immediate family of sponsors and KGAL/KSHO Radio are not eligible to enter contest.
2.5. Employees and immediate family of KGAL are not eligible to enter this contest.
2.6. Entry must be complete, legible and on an official contest entry form.
3. Prize: One Pair (2) of Three Day General Admission Passes to the 2010 Oregon Jamboree in Sweethome August 30 - August 1. Value $300.00
4. Winners name will be selected via random blind drawing by Radio Ray at the KGAL / KSHO Studios from the accumulation of all the box entries from each sign up location. Drawing will be conducted during the morning update on 1580 KGAL on Tuesday, Tuesday July 27th, 2010. Winners name will be announced on the air and on web sites.
5. The winner will be contacted by phone or voice mail the day of drawing.
6. In the event contestant(s) breaks limit of One Entry per household per day per location rule, KGAL reserves the right to bar contest entry for this entire contest at all contest entry locations.
7. KGAL reserves the right to eliminate an entry if not legible, complete or does not comply with contest rules.
8. Taxes: Winners of Grand Prize packages and all runners up winner packages are personally responsible for any taxes that may apply to said winnings.
9. Limits of Liability
9.1. Contest winners and participants, by entering this contest, hereby agree to rules and regulations set forth in this contest and hereby hold Eads Broadcasting Company, d/b/a KGAL and KSHO harmless of any liability resulting from participating in said contest.
9.2. Contest winners hereby hold Eads Broadcasting Company, d/b/a KGAL and KSHO harmless of any liability resulting while prize winner(s) are utilizing said grand prize or runner up prizes. This includes, but is not limited to liability from actions that take place while traveling to or from said event.
9.3. Contestants understand that this is a live, outdoor musical event which may be subject to cancellation by concert promoter(s). In said event, no replacement prize(s) will be issued.
10. Replacement Prizes. In the event prizes can not be issued, KGAL/ KSHO reserve the right to substitute prize(s) of equivalent or greater cash value.
