Mrs. Elaine Hall was the Concept Systems Teacher Feature Monthly Award Winner for December 2005. She was the first monthly award winner from Philomath. Elaine is a second grade teacher at Philomath Elementary School. She wins $200.00 cash ($100.00 from Concept Systems and $100.00 from The Tutoring Club) and prizes from KGAL. In addition the school wins $500.00 worth of radio advertising.
