i:  Two Part Time Positions were combined to create special full time position for State or Oregon Work Source Special Needs hire, Production Assistant /Public Service Director/ Board Operator. 

ii:  The source of this hire was the State of Oregon's Special Needs Placement with a corresponding wage rebate incentive for the start up training period. 

One person was determined qualified by the state and referred to KGAL/KSHO. Said individual was interviewed and hired for this position initially as intern/ trainee then to full time employee.
