Broadalbin is the street on the left of the map (it runs top to bottom). Ellsworth (Highway 20 southbound from Corvallis, a high traffic count location ) is the street on the right running parallel  to Broadalbin. First Avenue West (top) and Second Avenue West (bottom) border the block.

Southbound (on Highway 20 from Corvallis):

We are 1/2 block west of Highway 20 (Ellsworth Street) when you come off the Willamette River Bridge Southbound into Historic Downtown when coming from Corvallis. Just take a right (turn west) on First we are on the left hand side of First Ave W along with Boccherini's and the Mary Anna Bakery.

On the right (across the street from us in a N by NE direction) is Wyatt's Eatery and Brew House. Also across from us (NW) is the Venetian Theater on first and Broadalbin.

Northbound (Pacific Avenue / I5 Route)

Just keep on Highway 99E until you see the Highway 20- Corvallis sign. You will leave H99E by the new Amtrak and Transit Multi Modal Transportation station. It's 9 blocks from Highway 99E on Lyons Street (Highway 20 North Bound) until you come to First Ave. Turn left on First Ave W and go through one light (Highway 20 coming off the bridge traveling south). After crossing Ellsworth (Highway 20 Southbound) on First we are on the left hand side of First Ave W along with Boccherini's and the Mary Anna Bakery.

Parking: Directly across the street is Public Parking (Free for 4 hours) just west of Wyatt's. There is also parking on various city streets, including right in front of the station (usually filled). On Broadalbin, Second, Ferry and Water.

Note that we are just blocks from the Willamette River, Bryant and Monteith River Park (Not on map...bad) home of the Monday's at Monteith and River Rhythm Summer Time Concert Series.

Its about 71 miles to the Portland Airport (PDX) on 1-5. The Salem Airport is about 26 miles north on I-5.

The Flinn Block on an average sunny hot clear day in Oregon. We are at 222 First Ave W right in a storefront to the left of the main 222 First Entrance. This is our Albany Talk Show Studio only.
